We were asked to come up with a brand-new website for Ceres – a PR and marketing firm specialising in food, health and wellbeing.

Challenge

The previous site was starting to feel dated and no longer reflected the company Ceres had become so the task at hand was a total redesign, repositioning them as friendly experts in the food and health space, with a bold and engaging digital presence.

Solution

We began with a focus on the Ceres brand and messaging, carrying out a set of rebranding exercises and realignment from a business perspective, to define a new direction. 

The focus of the new design was a brighter, more responsible and accessible website proposition, creating greater resonance with the target audience and driving an increase in enquiries and sales leads.

Ceres’ expertise in both the food/foodies– and the health/wellbeing sectors, presented a great opportunity to improve perception using bold calls-to-action with punchy statements that help them stand out from the competition. The Ceres kitchen studio was also identified as a key USP so we ensured it was showcased to maximise impact.

Our team developed a bespoke CMS that was flexible enough to meet the client’s requirements and enable the easy updating of content by authorised personnel across a range of devices.

Results

The new Ceres PR website now has a consistent, dynamic look and feel and both user engagement and enquiries have seen a significant uplift, while regular updates of news and insights content – shared across social channels – have really helped Ceres to be perceived as thought leaders and recognised as the experts they truly are.
