Specialising initially in new and used car cover, Warranty Direct has grown and extended its range of warranties to include motorbikes and household appliances.

Netro42 have been Warranty Direct's digital partner since 1998, supporting its development and expansion into its current position as industry leader.

During this time, the website has undergone a series of redesigns, each time improving its functionality and usability to drive more sales.

Ongoing Search Engine Optimisation backed up by an affiliate programme has helped Warranty Direct remain front of mind (ie: Page 1 of Google) for value-driven consumers, while continually contributing new streams of business.

We created a customisable white label version of the website and subsequently managed and implemented a series of third party integrations for the likes of the Telegraph, the Daily Mail and Confused.com.

Working with Warranty Direct’s PR consultants Performance PR, Netro42 have developed campaign-led microsites which have grown to take on lives of their own.

Reliability Index utilises actual data from claims paid out by Warranty Direct to help consumers work out which cars and manufacturers are the most reliable while Potholes is designed to highlight the plight and provide assistance and support to the heavily-taxed UK motorist who still has to put up with some appalling road surfaces.

In April 2008, Cardif Pinnacle (a BNP Paribas company) acquired a majority shareholding in Warranty Direct, and we are delighted to be continuing to work with them to constantly develop and add value to the brand.
